Property Finder Fees

Purchasing

Initial retainer of £350 payable upon commencement of services.
Final Payment: 0.9% of market price of property (minimum £1,800).

Renting

Initial retainer of £350 payable on commencement of services.
Final payment equal to one month's rent (minimum £850).

Budget Buyer Package

Initial retainer of £350 payable on commencement of service and fully refunded on completion of service. 50% of any negotiated discount, payable as final fee. Only available on properties under £200,000.

Services are for a period of six months (Budget Buyer Package three months).
