Home Finder People’s unique Budget Buyer Package is designed for people who want a property for less than £200,000, ideal for first time buyers or those on a tight budget.

The Package

The Budget Buyer Package initially provides a full consultation with our independent financial adviser to determine your budget and exactly which mortgage would suit you. We then carry out our Property Finder Service to find you the ideal property (see ‘Property Finder Service’ page for details).

Once we have found the right home for you, we will negotiate with the vendor to get the best possible price, 50% of any saving is retained as our fee. If we can’t negotiate a discount, you pay us nothing! That’s how confident we are that we can find your new home.
